The problem
The owners in Glen Waverley wanted their fibreglass roof sheets replaced, and the roof also needed a number of repairs, including a leaking flue.

What we did
- Replaced the fibreglass roof sheets
- Rebedded and repointed all ridge cappings
- Replaced the broken tiles
- Full pressure clean of the roof, then a hose down of the surrounding property
- Applied premium roof membrane in Jasper
- Carried out skylight maintenance
- Supplied and installed lead and Dektite flashing around the leaking flue

A repaired, freshly coated roof with the flue leak sealed.
