About This Project

Our customer in Doncaster East required a Garage Roof Replacement. The original metal roof sheets had rusted therefore causing leakage internally. In addition to the Roof Replacement we replaced a length of timber fascia adjacent to the neighbouring property. The work carried out included:

• ✓Removal and disposal of existing roof sheets
• ✓Supply and install of COLORBOND® steel 5-rib sheets in the colour “Surfmist”
• ✓The supply and installation of COLORBOND® barge capping, apron flashings and parapet cappings
• ✓The existing gutter to be cleaned out and re-hung with fall
• ✓The replacement of 6m rotted timber fascia

All work was completed with a 10 year guarantee on all workmanship and materials along with a compliance certificate.
