The problem
The original metal roof sheets on this Doncaster East garage had rusted through and water was getting inside. A length of timber fascia next to the neighbouring property had also rotted.

What we did
- Removed and disposed of the old roof sheets
- Supplied and installed COLORBOND steel 5 rib sheets in Surfmist
- Supplied and installed COLORBOND barge capping, apron flashings and parapet cappings
- Cleaned out the existing gutter and rehung it with proper fall
- Replaced 6 metres of rotted timber fascia

The result
A dry, watertight garage with new sheets and flashings, backed by a 10 year guarantee on workmanship and materials and a compliance certificate.
