The problem
This Berwick roof had a few leaks that needed tracking down and fixing.

What we did
- Installed guard rail to meet OH&S regulations
- Repointed all ridge cappings
- Replaced the broken tiles
- Supplied and installed Wakaflex lead flashing under a spreader pipe
- Cleaned the worksite thoroughly at the end

The result
The leaks are fixed and the ridges are secure again.
