The problem
This Oakleigh home's terracotta roof needed a full restoration.

What we did
- Installed safety guard rail to meet OHS regulations
- Rebedded and repointed all ridge cappings
- Replaced the broken tiles
- Full pressure clean of the roof, then a hose down of the surrounding property
- Replaced all four valleys with COLORBOND
- Applied mould inhibitor to kill off remaining spores on the tiles
- Repaired the soaker trays
- Cleaned out the gutters and removed all rubbish

A restored terracotta roof with new valleys and treatment to slow regrowth.
