Our customer based in Oakleigh required a Terracotta Roof Restoration. Our team carried out the following work:
- The re-bedding and re-pointing of all ridge cappings,
- Replacement of broken tiles,
- Full pressure clean of roof and hose up of surrounding property,
- Replacement of all valleys with COLORBOND (4),
- Application of mould inhibitor to kill off any remaining spores on tiles,
- Additional repairs to soaker trays.
Safety guard rail was installed to adhere with OHS regulation. Upon completion we cleaned gutters and all rubbish was removed from the property.
