About This Project
Our customer based in Oakleigh required a Terracotta Roof Restoration. Our team carried out the following work:
- ✓The re-bedding and re-pointing of all ridge cappings
- ✓Replacement of broken tiles
- ✓Full pressure clean of roof and hose up of surrounding property
- ✓Replacement of all valleys with COLORBOND (4)
- ✓Application of mould inhibitor to kill off any remaining spores on tiles
- ✓Additional repairs to soaker trays
Safety guard rail was installed to adhere with OHS regulation. Upon completion we cleaned gutters and all rubbish was removed from the property.
