The problem
This Rowville home's roof was showing its age. Broken tiles, worn ridge cappings and tired valleys meant it needed more than a quick patch up, so the owners asked us for a complete roof restoration.

What we did
- Full pressure clean of the roof, then a hose down of the surrounding property
- Replaced the broken tiles
- Rebedded all ridge cappings
- Repaired the existing valleys and soaker trays
- Repointed all ridge cappings

The result
The roof is sound again, with secure ridges and repaired valleys, finished in Monument.
