The problem
The owners in Lilydale came to us with a leaking roof. On inspection it needed maintenance at the very least, and a full restoration was the better option.

What we did
- High pressure clean of the entire roof
- Rebedded and repointed all ridge cappings
- Rebedded and repointed the gable tiles
- Replaced the broken tiles
- Applied a Dulux three coat paint system in Monument gloss

A watertight roof with a fresh Monument finish.
