About This Project
Our customer based in Ferntree Gully required a complete Roof Restoration. Our team carried out the following work:
- ✓The re-bedding and re-pointing of all ridge cappings
- ✓Replacement of broken tiles
- ✓Renewal of existing valleys
- ✓Chimney soaker tray repairs
- ✓Full pressure clean of roof and hose up of surrounding property
- ✓Application of premium roof membrane in the colour “Charcoal”
- ✓Renew existing laserlite roof to stop sheets holding water
Safety guard rail was installed to adhere with OHS regulation. Upon completion we cleaned gutters and all rubbish was removed from the property.
