The problem
This Ferntree Gully home needed a complete roof restoration. On top of that, the existing Laserlite roof was holding water.

What we did
- Installed safety guard rail to meet OHS regulations
- Rebedded and repointed all ridge cappings
- Replaced the broken tiles
- Renewed the existing valleys
- Repaired the chimney soaker tray
- Full pressure clean of the roof, then a hose down of the surrounding property
- Applied premium roof membrane in Charcoal
- Renewed the Laserlite roof so the sheets no longer hold water
- Cleaned out the gutters and removed all rubbish

A fully restored Charcoal roof and a Laserlite roof that drains properly.
