Roof Repairs -Cheltenham
This customer wanted to do some maintenance on their roof to ensure it would remain water-tight for many years to come. We quoted them on some maintenance repairs which included the following:
- The replacement of rusted valleys, to be replaced with Colorbond valleys.
- The replacement of rusted chimney soaker tray, to be replaced with new Colorbond soaker
- Re-bedding of ridge cappings,
- Re-pointing in dark brown Ridgebond pointing,
- The replacement of broken tiles
We finished the job by cleaning out all the gutters, just to ensure the roof will remain problem-free. All work was carried out with safety rail installed in order to comply with OH&S regulations!
