Bedding & Pointing – This often includes the removal of the old mortar and cement work. After old bedding is removed, the new bedding foundation is laid and ridge capping’s are put into place with the help of a bedding frame. Once this has dried, we apply our flexible pointing compound to all ridge capping’s and gable tiles.

Final Washdown and Cleanup – After the roof repairs and care work is completed but prior to painting is the final washdown where we complete a full blowdown of the roof, and if necessary, a secondary rinse with the high-pressure washers. This is to remove any remaining debris or foreign matter before we paint your roof.  After painting, our final clean-up will include a final inspection of your roof and property and removal of any rubbish and debris from the site.
