This customer in Mooroolbark was looking to get some maintenance done to ensure their roof is watertight. We inspected their roof and based on our findings the work that was required to acheive this was:
- Full re-bedding of all the ridge cappings and gable tiles,
- Dutch gable repairs included replacing lead flashings, replacing timber trims and painting with grey paint,
- Valley repairs and broken tile replacement.
