Roof and Gutter Repairs – Highett
This customer was looking to get their Terracotta roof watertight and fix up the rotton timber in one section of their roof as well as installing a new gutter & downpipe.
- Full re-bed & re-point of all ridge cappings,
- Replaced old valley with new COLORBOND valley,
- Renewal of 2 chimney soaker trays,
- Carpentry repairs including removal/disposal of existing fascia, gutter and eaves. Install new timbers ready for paint and slotted quad gutter,
- Installation of PVC downpipe.
All work was carried out with safety rail installed in order to comply with OH&S regulations!
