Terracotta Roof Repairs – St Kilda East
This customer required some maintenance on their roof as well as removal of moss/lichen. The scope of works are as follows:
- A full high pressure clean to remove moss/lichen,
- Full re-pointing of all ridge cappings.
The site was thoroughly cleaned upon completion and all work was carried out with safety rail installed in order to comply with OH&S regulations!
