Roof Restoration – Mount Waverley
This customer wanted to give a brand new look to their run-down terracotta roof. We quoted them on a full roof restoration, which included:
- A full high pressure clean
- Full re-bedding of all the ridge cappings,
- Re-pointing in red Ridgebond pointing,
- Valley repairs and broken tile replacement.
We finished the job with a bit of roof plumbing, by replacing the old rusted-out chimney soaker. All work was carried out with safety rail installed in order to comply with OH&S regulations!
