Terracotta Roof Restoration Project - Lilydale
This customer in Lilydale was looking to get their roof pressure cleaned to remove the moss/lichen. Due to the condition of the roof some other repairs were required to ensure the customer was happy with the end result and their roof was left completely watertight.
- The re-bed & re-point of ridge cappings,
- A full high pressure clean to remove all moss/lichen,
- The replacement of any broken tiles,
- Mould inhibitor applied as per customers request to delay return of moss/lichen.
All work was carried out with safety rail installed in order to comply with OH&S regulations!
