Terracotta Roof Restoration - Donvale
Our customer in Donvale had some leaks present at their home as well as some moss/lichen spores growing on their roof. We carried out full mainteance on this roof to bring it back to a watertight condition.
- High pressure clean of entire roof,
- Application of mould inhibitor after clean,
- The Re-bedding and Re-Pointing of all ridge cappings,
- The replacement of broken tiles,
- Replacement of 1 ZINC valley iron.
We installed guard rail to adhere with safety regulations and our customers property was thoroughly cleaned upon completion.
