Terracotta Roof Restoration Project - Bonbeach
Our customer in Bonbeach was looking to have their roof pressure cleaned plus repaired to bring it back to a like new condition. The work carried out at this property included:
- High Pressure washing of entire roof,
- Application of mould inhibitor to kill of any remaining spores left of tiles,
- Re-pointing of all ridge cappings and re-bedding where required,
- Supply & install new COLORBOND valley,
- Replacement of any broken tiles,
- Renewal of existing soaker tray, hanging flashings and lead flashing,
- Gutter cleaning at the end of the carried out works.
Safety Guard Rail was installed to adhere with OH&S processes and the customers property was thoroughly cleaned upon completion.
