Terracotta Roof Restoration - Berwick
Our customers property in Berwick required a Roof Restoration to bring it back to a watertight condition. The work we carried out included:
- High pressure clean of entire roof,
- Application of mould inhibitor to entire roof after clean, designed to kill off any remaining spores left on tiles,
- The Re-bedding and Re-pointing of all ridge cappings,
- Renewal of existing valleys (3),
- The replacement of broken tiles.
Guard rail was installed to ahere to safety regulations and their property was thoroughly cleaned upon completion.
