Terracotta Roof Maintenance - Croydon
Our customer in Croydon required their roof to be maintained to a watertight condition to keep it leak free for many years to come. They decided against a high pressure clean due to it not being necesarry and we also carried out some minor repairs to the gable ends.
- The Re-bedding and Re-Pointing of all ridge cappings,
- The replacement of broken tiles,
- Replacement of 2 old valleys with new COLORBOND valley irons.
We installed guard rail to adhere with safety regulations and our customers property was thoroughly cleaned upon completion.
