Roof Restoration Project - Rowville
Our customer in Rowville requested a Roof Restoration on their cement tiled roof. It should be noted that we had already previously carried out re-pointing along with other maintenance work and they now wanted it to be painted. Our team worked hard to ensure a perfect finish, see the work required below:
- The re-bedding and re-pointing of gable tiles,
- Full pressure clean of roof and hose up of surrounding property,
- Application of premium roof membrane in colour "Monument".
Safety guard rail was installed to adhere with OHS regulation and all rubbish was removed from the property upon completion.
