Roof Restoration - Lilydale
Our customer in Lilydale came to us with a leaking roof and upon inspection we found it was in need of maintenance at a minimum however we decided to go with a full Roof Restoration painted in the colour Monument.
- High pressure clean of entire roof,
- The Re-Bedding and Re-Pointing of all ridge cappings,
- The Re-Bedding and Re-Pointing of gable tiles,
- Replacement of broken tiles,
- Application of Dulux three coat paint system using the colour "Monument" in Gloss.
Our Roof Plumbing team also carried out some additional gutter repairs. Guard rail was installed to adhere to safety regulations and the customers property was cleaned thoroughly along completion.
