Roof Restoration - Langwarrin
Our customer in Langwarrin required a Roof Restoration along with some roof plumbing concerns. We worked out a suitable solution including the following repairs
- The re-bedding and re-pointing of all ridge and gable tiles
- The replacement of broken tiles.
- The supply and installation of missing transition flashing.
- Pressure wash the entire roof.
- Application of premium 20yr warranty paint "Monument".
Safety guard rail was installed to adhere to OH&S regulations and our team thoroughly cleaned up upon completion of the works.
