Roof Restoration - Glen Waverley
Our customer in Glen Waverley required a Roof Restoration along with some carpentry repairs. See exact works below:
- Re-Pointing of all ridge cappings and gable tiles,
- The renewal of existing valleys,
- The replacement of broken tiles,
- Pressure wash entire roof,
- Application of Dulux three coat paint system using the colour "Monument".
- Replace timber finials on 2 x front gables,
- Replacement of decorative trims on front gable above garage.
Safety guard rail was installed to adhere to OH&S regulations and our team thoroughly cleaned up upon completion of the works.
