Roof Restoration Project - Croydon
Our customer in Croydon required a Roof Restoration on their cement tiled roof. We have listed the work carried out below:
- The re-pointing of all ridge tiles and re-bedding where required,
- The re-pointing of gable tiles,
- Replacement of broken tiles,
- Full pressure clean of roof and hose up of surrounding property,
- Application of premium roof membrane in colour "Dark Charcoal".
Safety guard rail was installed to adhere with OHS regulation. Upon completion we cleaned gutters and all rubbish was removed from the property.
