Roof Restoration Project - Bayswater
Our customer in Bayswater required a Roof Restoration on their cement tiled roof. Along with the Roof Maintenance our team also carried out some additional repairs to the soaker tray.
- The re-pointing of all ridge tiles and re-bedding where required,
- Full pressure clean of roof and hose up of surrounding property,
- The repairs to soaker trays,
- Application of premium roof membrane in colour "Coastal Terracotta".
Safety guard rail was installed to adhere with OHS regulation and all rubbish was removed from the property upon completion.
