Roof Maintenance Project - Wheelers Hill
This customer in Wheelers Hill was having issues with water marks appearing on their ceiling inside. Upon inspection we came to the conclusion that the entire roof required maintenance. The gutters around the garage also required renewing to ensure adequate water flow distribution.
- Re-pointing of all ridge cappings & re-bedding where required,
- The replacement of broken tiles,
- Investigation and repairs to tiles around the A/C unit (leak issue area),
- Supply & install of COLORBOND gutter around garage,
- Supply & install of COLORBOND rainhead box,
- Divert existing spreader across the roof and down to gutter using PCV pipe (flashings included.
Guard rail was installed to adhere to OH&S safety requirements and premises were thoroughly cleaned upon completion of the work.
