Roof Maintenance - Rowville
Our customer in Rowville requested us to inspect their roof as they were experiencing leaks throughout. We found that the roof required some maintenance to be carried out due to broken tiles and cracked pointing.
- The re-pointing of all ridge cappings and bedding where required, including the installation of weep holes and collars.
- Replacement of broken tiles,
- Additional repairs to soaker tray on garage to eliminate leak.
All rubbish was removed & the property was cleaned thoroughly upon completion of work.
