Roof Maintenance Project - Cheltenham (Unit Complex)
This Body Corporate required Roof Maintenance to be carried out with in a Unit Complex (8 units total) in Cheltenham. Over the two week period spent at this complex the works carried out included:
- Renewal and replacement of old iron valleys to install Colorbond valleys,
- Re-Bedding and Re-Pointing of all ridge cappings,
- Replacement of broken tiles,
- High pressure wash of entire unit complex,
- Upgrade to Dulux paint using the chosen colour "Monument".
The use of Safety Guard Rail was installed to comply with OH&S obligations.
