Terracotta Roof Restoration Balwyn
Our customer based in Balwyn had their Terracotta Roof restored by us. The scope of works required to restore the roof to look like a new condition included:
- The re-pointing of all ridge tiles and re-bedding where required,
- Replacement of broken tiles,
- Full pressure clean of roof and hose up of surrounding property,
- Application of mould inhibitor to prolong re-growth of lichen,
- Repairs to both front and rear gables including replacing/painting scotias and re-bedding/re-pointing gable tiles.
Safety guard rail was installed to adhere with OHS regulation. Upon completion we cleaned gutters and all rubbish was removed from the property.
