Roof Restoration Cranbourne South
Our customer in Cranbourne South needed a complete Roof Restoration to bring their roof back to a like new condition. Our team carried out the following scope of works:
- The full re-pointing of all ridge cappings and re-bedding where required,
- Minor repairs to all valley irons,
- Replacement of upto 50 broken tiles,
- High pressure wash of entire roof,
- Application of premium roof membrane using a Custom Orange colour chosen by our customer,
- Additional repairs carried out to soaker trays and some additional roof plumbing works were also carried out.
Safety guard rail was installed to adhere with OHS regulation. Upon completion we cleaned gutters and all rubbish was removed from the property.
