Roof Maintenance – Balwyn
This customer had some leakage into their property, upon inspection found that the roof needed to be re-pointed to bring it back to a watertight condition:
- The re-pointing of all ridge cappings,
- Repaired an old garage roof leak by installing an additional flashing,
- The replacement of any broken tiles.
Site was thoroughly cleaned after work was complete and all work was carried out with safety rail installed in order to comply with OH&S regulations!
