Terracotta Roof Restoration Blackburn South

Our customer in Blackburn South required a Roof Restoration on their terracotta tiled roof. In addition to Re-pointing and a Pressure clean we carried out some repairs to the gable, soaker trays and flues.

• The re-pointing of gable tiles,
• The re-pointing of all ridge tiles and re-bedding where required,
• Full pressure clean of roof and hose up of surrounding property,
• The repairs to soaker trays and installation of flashing to tiles under each side of the upper-level wall,
• All flues on roof to be re-siliconed to ensure a completely watertight seal,
• The vacuum gutter cleaning of all gutters and valleys throughout the roof.

Safety guard rail was installed to adhere with OHS regulation and all rubbish was removed from the property upon completion.
