Terracotta Roof Restoration Parkdale
Our customer in Parkdale required a roof restoration on their aged terracotta roof. Our team carried out the following work:
- Full pressure clean of roof and hose up of surrounding property,
- The re-pointing of all ridge cappings,
- Replacement of existing valleys using COLORBOND (2),
- Replacement of broken tiles,
- Additional repairs including re-sealing of flues and chimney soaker tray/flashing maintenance.
Safety guard rail was installed to adhere with OHS regulation. Upon completion we cleaned gutters and all rubbish was removed from the property.
