Terracotta Roof Restoration Malvern East
This customer was looking to restore the look of their Terracotta tiled roof as well as make it watertight again. For this job the work quoted on and carried out was:
- A full high pressure clean to remove moss/lichen,
- Full re-pointing of all ridge capping & all gable tiles,
- Re-bedding in required areas,
- The installation of valley seal to all 6 valleys and broken tile replacement.
Some additional repairs included the cleaning out and re-lipping of soaker trays, siliconing cracks on lead flashings and siliconing all flues to ensure a completely watertight seal. All work was carried out with safety rail installed in order to comply with OH&S regulations!
