Roof Maintenance Mooroolbark
We carried out some Roof Maintenance for an investment property in Mooroolbark for a long standing Real Estate agent that we work with. The roof was leaking and the tenant had noticed cracked tiles on the roof.
- The re-pointing and re-bedding of all ridge tiles,
- Replace existing valley with a new COLORBOND valley,
- Replacement of broken tiles (40),
- Chimney soaker tray repairs.
Safety guard rail was installed to adhere with OHS regulation. Upon completion we cleaned gutters and all rubbish was removed from the property.
